and cloud‐native services.Customer DeliveryWork directly with enterprise customers and partners to support deployments and operational improvements.Translate technical requirements into practical implementation plans.Contribute to architecture discussions and continuous improvement recommendations.Support incident resolution and troubleshooting across cloud and Kubernetes environments.Collaborate with internal teams to surface product feedback and improve deployment experience.What We Are Looking ForDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.2+ years of experience in cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, or related roles.Strong hands‐on experience with AWS.Experience deploying cloud‐based applications.Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure.Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux, containers, networking, and distributed systems.Prior experience in customer‐facing technical roles within banking or financial services is highly advantageous.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong learning mindset and ability to adapt quickly in a fast‐moving environment.Preferred SkillsInfrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormationKubernetes and container orchestrationCI/CD tooling: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similarMonitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and cloud‐native monitoringCloud security fundamentalsScripting with Bash, Python, or similar.How to Stand Out From the CrowdExposure to GCP/Azure is a plus.Cloud, Kubernetes,
