New South Wales.Key Eligibility CriteriaAdmitted as a Legal Practitioner in New South Wales with a current NSW Practicing Certificate.Tertiary qualification in Law or a related discipline.3-5 years of experience in an in-house Legal/General Counsel role within the real estate agency or property industry.Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable.Demonstrated experience with off-the-plan sales, development projects, and commercial contract negotiation.Responsibilities & Scope of WorkManage major legal aspects of business activities, including contract review and negotiation.Provide legal advice on off-the-plan developments, project marketing agreements, and developer contracts.Act as the legal representative between the company, developers, purchasers, vendors, and external solicitors.Support property management compliance, tenancy disputes, and rent roll acquisitions.Draft and negotiate Contracts for Sale, Disclosure Statements, Deeds, Agency Agreements, and Lease Agreements.Advise on corporate governance, ASIC compliance, and regulatory obligations.Manage litigation, debt recovery, and dispute resolution matters.Compensation & ModeStipend/Salary: Not specified in the source.Employment Type: Full-time.Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
