This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong warehouse experience and proven High Reach Forklift skills who enjoys working in a hands-on environment.About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and dispatching customer orders while supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations.
A significant portion of the role will involve operating a High Reach Forklift to replenish and retrieve stock from racking locations.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick customer orders using picking slips, RF scanners, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Verify product codes, quantities, descriptions, and batch numbersFollow FIFO (First In, First Out) and stock rotation proceduresReplenish and retrieve stock safely using a High Reach ForkliftAssist with dispatch, packing,



and general warehouse dutiesIdentify and report damaged stock, shortages, or inventory discrepanciesMaintain warehouse cleanliness and organisationWork collaboratively with the wider warehouse team to meet daily targetsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Current LF Forklift LicenceDemonstrated High Reach Forklift experienceStrong warehouse experience across picking, packing, dispatch, and stock controlExperience using RF scanners and/or Warehouse Management SystemsA strong focus on safety and accuracyThe ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills and a positive attitudeThe physical capability to safely lift products up to *****kg when requiredWhat's on Offer?
