This leadership role involves managing depot staff, optimising operational efficiency, and driving a positive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all depot activities to ensure smooth operations and contractual KPI achievementOversee workforce planning, rostering,



and absence management to ensure service reliabilityDrive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation and workplace standardsManage incidents, investigations, and disciplinary matters effectivelyMonitor and improve depot financial performance, identifying efficiency opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholdersEnsure high fleet presentation and operational readinessLead and develop a high-performing team, fostering engagement and continuous improvementAbout YouExperience in transport, logistics, or depot operations managementStrong leadership skills with experience managing teams and workforce planningExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situationsAbility to manage industrial relations and engage with unions effectivelyStrong financial acumen and ability to optimise operational budgetsKnowledge of safety, compliance, and risk management in a depot environmentStrong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and business intelligence softwareMedium rigid driver's licence and working with children check (or willingness to obtain)Kinetic is proud to be an Equal Chance Employer and reflect the community we serve.
