We have three decades of success behind us with a demonstrable track record of sustainable profitability and more importantly, client satisfaction.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Draftsperson to join our WA Team.In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee a team of draftspersons in the delivery of complex HVAC projects across multiple sectors.
You will be responsible for ensuring the production of detailed, accurate, and compliant technical drawings, while working closely with project teams and key stakeholders to bring innovative HVAC systems to life.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a drafting team to ensure high-quality, timely project deliveryDevelop precise technical drawings that align with industry standards and project specificationsCollaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, Site managers and other stakeholders throughout project lifecyclesEnsure all documentation complies with company standards, applicable codes, local standards, and client requirementsTo be successful for this role you'll need:Proven leadership experience within HVAC drafting and project deliveryAdvanced proficiency in relevant software, including Revit, ACC Suite, and NavisworksDemonstrated ability to manage drafting teams and contribute to complex,
