You'll play a key part in supporting the business and your days will move quickly with plenty of variety.
Working with the senior office team, you'll use your administration experience across data entry, invoicing, reporting, and general office support.
You'll also assist with reception duties and incoming calls, helping keep the office running smoothly and professionally.
Juniors are welcome to apply — attitude and willingness to learn matter most.Key responsibilitiesAssisting with reporting and invoicingAnswering phones, customer enquiries, directing phone calls, responding to emails etcMaintaining a clean, tidy and safe office environmentManaging office equipment and office suppliesProviding excellent customer service to all office visitorsSupporting general administrative tasks and daily office operationsAbout youHas experience in an office environment ideally within the trade services sectorHas solid computer skills and picks up new software quicklyStrong ability to multi-task and prioritise competing deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills and high attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Xero, and general databases.
