Join the Connor Goulton Team at BD Realty as a Real Estate Sales Associate.We're looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual to work directly alongside Connor, supporting all aspects of a busy and growing real estate business.This is a hands-on position combining sales, administration, client relationships and property marketing.
No two days will be the same!
Previous real estate experience is not essential.
We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.About the RoleKey ResponsibilitiesSource, nurture and follow up potential buyers and sellersHandle buyer enquiries, outbound calls and database prospectingAssist with open homes, private inspections, building and pest inspections and bank valuationsCoordinate property marketing, photography and listing preparationPrepare vendor reports, buyer feedback and client communicationsManage appointments, calendars, CRM systems and daily administrative tasksBuild and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clientsAssist with contracts,
