As our installations business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Installation Site Manager to join our NSW team in this newly created role.
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for coordinating installation projects, supporting trade teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
You'll also provide practical on-site support across installations, warranty work, maintenance, and rectification projects as required.
Based on the position description for the role, responsibilities include supervising installation trades, supporting warranty activities, maintaining quality standards, and providing hands-on tiling labour support when required.
About the Role
Reporting to the State Installations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing installation activities across NSW while acting as the key link between our trade partners, builders, customers and internal teams.
You'll spend time both on-site and in the field, ensuring projects are delivered to Beaumont's quality standards while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
