This is a hands‐on position, customer service focussed role designed to work with our team.
You will be based at Narangba yard.The role is responsible for creating hire agreements, invoicing, arranging delivery and collection of equipment, telephone sales, and serving customers at the branch.Specific tasks include:Entering hire agreements and customer details into the systemCustomer service – face to face - Telephone – online ordersCoordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing equipment to ensure our high standards of service and that customer requirements are exceededScheduling Deliveries & PickupsClosing out hire contracts on return of equipment and invoicing customersManaging point‐of‐sale payments and entering hire control softwareBuild trust and strong relationships with customers through friendly communication, advice and exceptional serviceProviding a Duty of Care to the Workplace Health & Safety to yourself, your co‐workers and visitors coming onto the premisesTo be successful in this role,



you will be a team player, competent using a computer and mobile devices, passionate about customer service, sales, and providing solutions to our customers.Previous experience in equipment hire and/or construction industry is a must.Ideally you will possess the following skills and attributes:Strong Computer SkillsUnderstanding of machines, attachments, and Construction equipmentPositive attitude and good people skillsFriendly and able to develop personal relationshipsPassion for providing the highest level of customer serviceGeneral problem‐solving skills, particularly with equipment functionalityExcellent Organisational / Time Management SkillsExperience working in a quick paced, busy work environmentAbility to work autonomously to deadlinesHigh attention to detailNegotiable salary package for right applicant.
