BetMakers Technology Group is seeking a standalone People & Culture Manager to own HR operations for Australia and Europe (~100 people) for a 12-month fixed term.
You'll report to the Chief People Officer, manage onboarding through exits, run cycles, and partner with leaders to drive performance and pay strategy.The role offers hybrid work in a central CBD location with autonomy and global collaboration.
Solid focus on compliance, culture, and stakeholder engagement.
