MECCA's Finance team plays a key role in driving strong commercial outcomes across the business, and we're looking for a Property Analyst to provide financial insight and analysis across our Property portfolio.Working closely with Property, Facilities, Retail Operations and Commercial Finance, this role will help shape investment decisions, improve performance and provide the financial visibility needed to support MECCA's continued growth.The Role You Could Play:Prepare monthly Property reporting, including feasibility analysis, capital expenditure tracking and post-investment reviewsPartner with Property and Facilities teams to develop budgets, forecasts and financial assumptions across occupancy, overheads and capital expenditurePrepare financial feasibilities for new stores and maintain the Property pipeline and rent forecastsDevelop financial models, scenario analysis and ad hoc reporting to support commercial decisions, projects and business initiativesContinuously improve reporting, processes and financial understanding across key stakeholder groupsWhat You Will Bring:You are a commercially minded and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys turning data into clear insights and partnering with stakeholders to drive better business outcomes.
Ideally, you will bring:3+ years' analytical or commercial finance experience, ideally within Property, Retail, FMCG or Big 4A degree in Commerce, Finance,
