We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to ongoing learning and development.ResponsibilitiesProvide emotional and practical support to clients with psychosocial disabilitiesAssist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation,



and household tasksAssist with community participation and appointment supportImplement individual support plans in consultation with participants and their families/care teamMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and provide reports as requiredWork collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including treating doctors, psychologists, and social workersParticipate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledgeRequirementsLived experience is highly valued and encouraged to applyCurrently enrolled in a Psychology or Social Work program (acceptable)Diploma in Mental Health or higher qualification preferredFlexibility to work diverse hours, including shorter shiftsValid NDIS Worker Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid/CPR.Mental Health First Aid Certificate (optional)Valid Australian driver's license and access to own reliable transportationMust have valid Australian work rights for this positionCompetitive salary and benefits packageOngoing training and mentorship opportunitiesSupportive team environmentOpportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others
