As part of a well-supported business, this Adviser will join a team of community-driven professionals with a client-first mindset.
With an existing book of high-value, complex clients, the ideal Adviser will be confident in managing HNW relationships, with a long-term career ambition to succeed within the industry.The RoleUnderstanding clients' immediate needs,



long term objectives and level of comfort with riskConduct meetings/reviews with all clients and develop/adjust the overall investment strategyProvide quality and trusted financial adviceInvestigate alternative strategies and recommendations and continue to strengthen the relationship with the clientsEnsuring accuracy and compliance of client files and advice documentationAssist providing guidance and technical direction to paraplanners and implementation staffAbout You3 to 5 years of experience in Financial AdvisoryExperience working with HNW individuals an advantage.Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an opportunity for the long term.ASIC approved qualifications.Strong compliance, technical knowledge around legislative and regulatory requirements to provide quality advice in the client's best interest.Robust sense of professionalism and a client-centric approach.Highly motivated with an ability to generate referrals from existing client base.Organisational and prioritisation skills.Fast-paced, dynamic environment.
