and visitorsAct as the first point of contact for enquiries, delivering timely and high-quality serviceSupport members with daily workspace needs to ensure a seamless experiencePrepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring spaces are presentation-readyAssist with onboarding, including access passes and workspace orientationMaintain shared spaces such as kitchens, coworking areas, and receptionManage incoming and outgoing mail and general administrative tasksSupport centre events and contribute to a vibrant, engaged communityMonitor presentation standards and report maintenance issues as requiredAbout You2–3 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar roleConfident communicator with a professional and friendly approachHighly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritiseExperience supporting office or workspace operations (preferred)Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)A proactive team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environmentWhy Join Cubes.Co?
