Having recently implemented Kronos, the business is looking for a specialist to review the current workplace, identify improvement opportunities, optimise system configurations, and establish robust processes, documentation and training frameworks to support long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Review and optimise Kronos system configurationsInvestigate and resolve system and process issuesImprove award, overtime and payroll-related rule configurationsDevelop documentation, process maps and user guidesCreate training materials and support capability uplift across the businessPartner with HR, Payroll and Operational stakeholders to drive best practiceEnsure system integrity and compliance requirements are met
About You
Proven experience with Kronos / UKG systemsStrong HRIS,



Systems or Time & Attendance backgroundExperience troubleshooting and optimising system configurationsUnderstanding of awards, payroll processes and compliance requirementsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience delivering process improvement or systems projects
