Wings Early Learning Parkinson is a new, purpose-built 109 place early learning centre committed to providing high-quality early education and care.
We are a small group of proudly family owned and operated centres in Brisbane and the wider Ipswich region.We will be opening in our Parkinson centre in January **** and are seeking an exceptional Centre Manager to lead our team during its opening phase, and beyond.
The opportunity exists for you to play a pivotal role in the leadership and management of this centre and its foundation team.ResponsibilitiesAs the Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, leading our team of Educators and ensuring that our centre meets all legislative and quality standards while ensuring a supportive work workplace.
You will be supported by an on-site Relationships Manager, 2IC and Educational Leader to help you in the success of the centre.

Experience in leading a centre opening will be an advantage.A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood EducationA current Blue Card and ACECQA approved First Aid qualificationsHave completed all 5 modules of the National Child Safety training prior to employmentExcellent communication, interpersonal skills and value customer serviceA passion for providing high-quality care and education to children and mentoring educatorsHave a long-term career view with the opportunity to grow with the business.We offer a competitive salary package tailored to the successful applicant which may include generous staff discounts and performance incentives.
