confident, reliable and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor
to join our growing team across multiple Brisbane locations.
MINIMUM 6 MONTHS' HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping the daily operation organised, efficient and running to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping activities
Ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet required standards
Conducting room and public-area inspections
Training, supporting and mentoring housekeeping staff
Coordinating daily schedules and workloads
Monitoring cleaning supplies and equipment
Responding to guest requests and concerns professionally
Maintaining accurate housekeeping records
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
Supporting improvements to housekeeping procedures and processes
Working closely with management and the wider hotel team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You'll need:

Minimum 6 months' housekeeping supervisory experience
✅ Previous supervisory experience is preferred
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Ability to lead and motivate a team
✅ Good organisation and time management
✅ Qualified and positive attitude
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
