We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team on a Part time/ full time basis.The role covers Monday to Saturday, with specific days to be agreed upon.About the RoleAs the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless clinic experience.
This position involves managing daily front-of-house operations, assisting with appointments, and supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks.Key responsibilities include:Greeting patients and providing a professional, friendly first impressionManaging phone and email enquiries and scheduling appointmentsProcessing payments and maintaining accurate recordsProviding administrative support to the clinical teamEnsuring the reception and waiting areas are tidy and invitingAbout YouYou're warm, polished, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
