Due to continued business growth, an opportunity exist to join Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) as a Roster Coordinator in Gunnedah Branch.As a Roster Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing workforce scheduling, maintenance planning, shutdown coordination, and operational logistics.
Every day presents a new challenge, requiring strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Your responsibilities include:Coordinating and maintaining workforce rosters using ShiftPlannerScheduling labour for maintenance activities, major shutdowns, emergency breakdowns, and ad hoc requirementsCreating and managing work orders and purchase ordersCoordinating tooling, equipment, and vehicle requirementsManaging DIDO travel and workforce logisticsPreparing labour allocation and shutdown reportsMaintaining scheduling documentation and operational spreadsheetsLiaising with internal stakeholders, field technicians, supervisors, and customers to ensure seamless service deliveryAbout You – We want to hear from you if you possess the following qualities:Exceptional organisational and coordination skillsStrong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel and business systemsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh attention to detail and strong administrative capabilitiesThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environmentStrong problem-solving and decision‐making abilitiesA proactive,
