Position DetailsWe're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team at Pelican Waters Golf Club.This is a Casual or Permanent Part Time role working across a rotating Monday to Sunday roster.
Offering a minimum 20 hours per week (PT only) including weekdays, weekends, and event shifts.
This will include Friday dinner service through to 10pm.Availability across Public Holidays, weekends & holiday periods is essential.You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service across the café, restaurant, bar, and function spaces - ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.ResponsibilitiesProviding the highest quality service to customers through personalized service and handling enquiries in a prompt and professional manner;Prepare, present and serve food items & beverages (including coffee & alcoholic beverages), including full restaurant table service;Responsible for handling all POS & eftpos transactions;Perform opening and closing duties for our Café,



bar & restaurant as required;Assist in the set up, service and pack down of events/functions held at the Golf Club;Maintain cleanliness of food and beverage equipment along with presentation of function areas and cafe;Working collaboratively within a team environment, sharing a joint commitment to executing service to the highest level.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who shares our values and belief that respect, passion, community, impact & safety underpins all the work we do.To excel in this role, you will bringMinimum 3 years Food & Beverage experience in either a Café, Restaurant, Bar or Event/functions environment;Experience in table service environment is essential;Barista &/or cocktailing making experience highly regarded;Demonstrated commitment of delivering a professional and personalised customer service experience;Current Safe Food Handling Certificate essential;Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate essential;Current C Class drivers licence.Why Join Us?
