This supervisory position is crucial to the operational success of Elynwood, as you will oversee cleaning teams, ensure service quality standards are met, and maintain robust relationships with our clients.
The role combines hands-on cleaning experience with leadership and management responsibilities, allowing you to make a direct impact on our business performance and team development.Key responsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate cleaning teams on assigned sites, ensuring all work is completed to Elynwood's high standardsConduct quality inspections of completed work and address any deficiencies promptlyManage scheduling, roster planning and resource allocation for cleaning operationsLiaise with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and address any concernsTrain and mentor cleaning staff on proper techniques, safety protocols and company proceduresMonitor compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure all team members follow appropriate proceduresReport on team performance,
