ATS Rehab is seeking a warm and organised part-time Allied Health Receptionist to join our growing team in Brisbane 3 to 4 days a week.
While our main office is located in Greenslopes, this role will primarily be based at our Springfield and Greenslopes locations.
As a multi-location practice, occasional coverage at our Beenleigh and Chermside offices will also be required.
You will play a crucial role in our practice by delivering outstanding customer service and providing essential administrative support to both our allied health practitioners and patients.
Key responsibilities
Warmly and professionally welcome patients upon arrival
Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and enquiries via phone, email and in person
Support financial processes, including billing and invoicing
Handle general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
Ensure reception and patient waiting areas are clean, tidy, and well-organised




Provide general administrative assistance to the allied health team
Handle opening and closing responsibilities (standard office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
About you
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare or medical setting
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Solid organisational skills and high attention to detail
Proficiency with computer software, experience with practice management systems (particularly Cliniko) is preferred
Ability to maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy
A warm, friendly, and helpful attitude with a genuine dedication to patient care
Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions
