Arc is UNSW's student organisation seeking a Chef de Partie to support the CANTEEN / Student Catering operation on campus.
You will assist in coordinating bulk cooking, shifting menus and maintaining high food safety standards while guiding other cooks in a rapid-paced environment.The role requires experience in bulk cooking, a Certificate III in commercial cookery, and the ability to supervise teams.
It offers a casual hourly rate and a convenient UNSW Kensington Campus location.
