takes pride in their work and has a strong eye for detail.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with all aspects of garden and landscape maintenanceMaintain gardens, lawns and turf areas to a high standardPrune, weed, mulch and undertake routine horticultural tasksSupport seasonal planting and garden improvement projectsOperate and maintain landscape equipment safely and effectivelyMonitor garden presentation and address maintenance requirementsAssist in maintaining both heritage and modern landscape areasAdhere to all workplace health and safety requirementsAbout YouPrevious experience in garden maintenance, horticulture, landscaping or parks and gardensHorticultural / Parks & Gardens Certs advantageous but not essentialStrong work ethic and a positive attitudeReliable, punctual and self-motivatedHigh attention to detail and pride in maintaining quality landscapesExperience using garden power equipment including:BrushcuttersHedgersPush mowersBlowersAbility to work effectively both independently and within a teamCurrent Driver Licence preferredCurrent NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain oneWhy Join Us?
