We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their Smithfield team as an Internal Sales Trainee.
This is an excellent opportunity to earn while you learn, develop valuable industry skills, and build a long-term career within a respected Australian company.
Over the course of this 24-month traineeship, you'll gain hands-on experience while completing aBSB***** Certificate III in Business and BSB***** Certificate IV in Leadership & Management, all fully supported and paid for by your host employer.
As an Internal Sales Trainee, you'll be supported by experienced team members while learning all aspects of customer service, sales support, and branch operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and emailProcessing customer orders and quotationsFollowing up outstanding orders and customer requestsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliersLiaising with the procurement team to ensure customer delivery requirements are metProviding product information and sales support to help customers identify suitable solutionsSupporting the sales team with customer requirements and day-to-day operationsPrioritising tasks and managing your workload effectivelyAssisting customers to solve product and equipment-related issuesSupporting warehouse and store activities when requiredMaintaining safe work practices and adhering to workplace health and safety requirements
Hours:Monday to Friday: 8:00am– 4:30pm
