Accord Care is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our SIL team in Eagleby, assisting participants to live independently.
You will provide personal care, daily living support, and help participants engage with their community, while maintaining dignity and safety.
Ideal applicants have Certificate III in Individual Support or higher, hands-on experience with high-intensity supports, and a genuine passion for disability services.
