You will act as the key link between the warehouse, office, and transport providers to maintain smooth and productive operations.Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm,



Monday to FridayKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily dispatch activities and workflowProcess customer orders and prepare dispatch documentationGenerate and print shipping labels and consignment notesLiaise with freight companies and transport providersMaintain accurate data entry and system recordsCommunicate with internal teams to ensure order accuracyGeneral warehouse duties as requiredAbout YouPrevious experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse coordinationStrong administrative and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)Excellent organizational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamIf you are organized, reliable, and ready to take ownership of dispatch operations, we would love to hear from you.What can I earn as a Dispatch Coordinator
