This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst delivering exceptional service in a dynamic hospitality environment.
As Front of House Staff, you will be the face of Bar Ricci, creating memorable experiences for our guests through warm hospitality, attentive service, and genuine engagement.
Your role is pivotal in setting the tone for our establishment and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression of our venue.Key responsibilitiesGreeting and welcoming guests with a warm, skilled demeanour upon arrivalManaging the hosting station, including seating guests, managing wait times, and maintaining reservation systemsProviding exceptional customer service and responding promptly to guest inquiries and requestsTaking food and beverage orders accurately and communicating them to the kitchen and bar teamsServing drinks and food with knowledge of our menu and bar offeringsClearing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the venueProcessing payments and handling cash and card transactions with accuracyAssisting with table setup and breakdown as requiredCollaborating effectively with kitchen, bar, and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operationsFollowing health and safety protocols and maintaining compliance with venue policiesWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in hospitality, bar,
