and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.What You'll Be DoingPreparing quotes and estimates across a wide range of productsTaking and processing customer orders over the phone and face-to-faceManaging multiple customer enquiries and requests at the same timeBuilding product knowledge through hands-on, on-the-job trainingLiaising with internal teams to support smooth daily operationsAssisting with general administration and counter dutiesWhat We're Looking ForComfortable working in a fast-paced, practical environmentConfident communicating with a wide range of customers, including trade clientsOrganised and able to prioritise competing tasksWilling to learn technical products and systems quicklyReliable, motivated, and a strong team playerPrevious customer service or sales experience preferredExperience with Pronto is advantageous but not essentialAvailable to work across any day as requiredWhat You'll GetCasual role, initially 3–4 days per weekCompetitive rate of $***** per hourComprehensive on-the-job training, with no industry experience requiredSupportive and down-to-earth team environmentStable employment with an established family-owned businessOngoing learning and development opportunitiesOpportunity for full-time employment for the right person as the role developsImportant InformationSuccessful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening.
