With stores located in major shopping centres, GSB provides a safe, secure, and convenient space for customers to sell their unwanted gold and silver (jewellery, bullion, etc.) and, for customers to also buy gold and silver bullion.
As a growing national company, we have an immediate start opportunity available at our store in Roselands, NSW, and are looking for the right person who is seeking the opportunity to build a meaningful career within a trusted and specialised industry.

You take pride in your presentation, communicate clearly and bring integrity, accuracy and attention to detail to your work.
Experience in sales, customer service, retail or marketing is highly regarded.
Position Summary :
Based at our Roselands, NSW location, you will:
Assist customers buying and selling gold and silver
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Assess and test precious metals using industry-leading technology
Process transactions accurately and securely
Promote GSB's products and services
Build strong customer relationships
Follow GSB's operational, compliance and security procedures
Key Requirements :
Strong customer service and communication skills
Qualified presentation and conduct
Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Confidence in sales and customer engagement
High level of integrity, reliability and discretion
Ability to learn and follow procedures
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous sales, retail or customer service experience is highly regarded

Support customers in selling their gold and silver to GSB (jewellery, bullion, etc.) - and in certain locations to support them in buying bullion.

Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every customer
