Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experiencedBranch Administratorto join ourCairns Branch.
This is apart-time position.
Training
Aone-week full-time paid training periodwill be required inBrisbaneupon commencement.
Flights and accommodation will be fully covered.
About the Role
You will be working closely with a team of tradespeople and apprentices, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch.
Key responsibilities
Task raising and ongoing task management
Scheduling and coordination of technicians
Qualified correspondence with clients and suppliers
Purchase order creation and management
Assisting the Branch Manager and Supervisor with operational enquiries
Supporting subcontractor inductions and onboarding
General service and branch administration duties
About You
You will be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced trade or service environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities are essential.
Previous experience in administration within construction, trade, or service-based industries will be highly regarded.
