Rate: $420 per day + Super
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
We are seeking an experienced Claims Advisor - Workers Compensation to manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims, including complex and sensitive matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for claims professionals with strong legislative knowledge and proven case management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage workers compensation claims in accordance with NSW legislation, SIRA and iCare requirements.
Ensure compliance with claims management frameworks and processes.
Provide guidance and peer support to team members.
Manage claims across self-insurance, self-administered and TMF frameworks.
Handle complex and difficult claims, including work injury,



tail claims and legal matters.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively resolve enquiries, disputes and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.
Deliver high-quality customer service and outcomes-focused claims management.
Primary Skill :-
Demonstrated experience in Workers Compensation Claims Management within NSW.
Strong understanding of NSW Workers Compensation legislation, SIRA and iCare guidelines.
Experience managing complex and litigated claims.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience working within self-insurance and/or TMF environments will be highly regarded.
