NSW Health's Ryde Hospital Diabetes Team is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist 2 (CNS2) in a permanent part time role.
You will provide diabetes education to inpatients, outpatients, and their families, working with an experienced team to improve care and outcomes.
The CNS2 Diabetes Education role requires current nursing registration with AHPRA, post-graduate qualification in Diabetes Management and Education, and at least three years' relevant experience.
