Australian Taxation Office seeks Prosecutors to join the Fraud and Criminal Behaviours (FCB) team and appear in court on behalf of the Commissioner.
You will prosecute offences such as failing to lodge tax/gst returns and providing false statements, within a national prosecution framework.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney, and travel may be required.
