GTE Track Spray has a great opportunity for an enthusiasticOffice All Rounderto join our team based inWelshpool, Perthon a Permanentfull-time basis.
We do require the successful candidate to be based inPerth, Western Australiaas this role will be based out of our office in Welshpool.You will be required to come into the office Monday to Friday.
This role reports directly to theNational Business & Compliance Managerand will see you utilise your administration experience to build customer relationships, work with technicians and stakeholders with day to day office duties.
Core responsibilities in the role include:
Liaising with customers directly via email and phone calls on a daily basis
Basic administration duties
Planning
Supporting the office team's day-to-day operations
Work cross-functionally with the internal service delivery teams to ensure customer needs are being met.
A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
Collation and preparation of reports
Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance
The ideal candidate will possess:




Experience in working in Business Support/Administration (essential)
Excellent customer service skills (phone based)
Intermediate computer skills
Proficient in reporting and creating complex report and analysis data systems for customized/individual reporting as required.
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work autonomously
High attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Love working in a team setting
