CASPA Services Ltd is seeking a House Coordinator in Townsville to oversee daily operations of Residential care homes, ensuring a protected, supportive environment for young people.
You will lead a dedicated team, coordinate care plans with Caseworkers and liaise with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
The role requires a Certificate IV in Child, Youth, and Family Intervention (Residential Care) or equivalent, with willingness to obtain further qualifications and complete Hope and Healing
