This role sits within Corpshore Talent, the recruitment, staffing and RPO division of Corpshore Solutions Corporation, on its ANZ desk operated out of Corpshore Australia's Brisbane office.
You will work onsite, running full-cycle recruitment for client roles from intake briefing through to signed offer.
Rather than working every open role that lands on the desk, you will build a genuine specialist candidate pipeline in one or two industry verticals, so that when a client comes back for the third or fourth hire in the same space, you already have warm candidates rather than starting cold.
What you will do
You will take the intake briefing directly from the client hiring manager, write and post role advertisements on Seek and LinkedIn, source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search and referral, screen and shortlist against the brief, and run first-round interviews before handing qualified candidates to the client's own panel.
You will coordinate interview scheduling with client hiring managers, manage reference checks, and stay involved through offer negotiation so an accepted offer does not fall over in the final week.
You will keep your ATS records to a standard the client could audit at any point,



and over time you will build a genuine bench of pre-qualified candidates in your chosen vertical, rather than treating every search as a fresh start.
What you bring
One to three years' recruitment experience, whether agency, RPO or in-house, with a track record of full-cycle placements you can point to.
Comfort with high-volume sourcing tools and an applicant tracking system.
Robust written and verbal English, and the resilience a placement-target-driven role demands.
Nice to have
An existing candidate network in a specific vertical such as healthcare, financial services or technology, prior agency or RPO experience, exposure to recruiting specifically for Australian or New Zealand clients, and a tertiary qualification in human resources or business.
