Managing your own section and delivering attentive, knowledgeable service
Guiding guests through Robata's menu and confidently making food and beverage recommendations
Building rapport with guests and contributing to a memorable dining experience

What We're Looking For
Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar role within a busy restaurant
Strong understanding of sequence of service and confidence managing your own section
Good knowledge of food, wine and beverages, with an interest in Japanese cuisine and sake highly regarded
Confidence making recommendations and explaining menu items to guests
Ability to manage multiple tables and priorities during busy services
Availability to work Thursday -Sunday if needed
