We're growing across Brisbane South predominately Logan and Ipswich and are looking for an experienced Positive Behavior Support Practitioner to join our supportive and clinician-led team.

The Opportunity
As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll work closely with participants, families, support teams and other clinicians to create meaningful change and improve quality of life outcomes.
You'll be responsible for:
Conducting comprehensive behaviour and functional assessments
Developing evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans
Delivering person-centred, capacity-building strategies
Preparing high-quality clinical reports and recommendations
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Managing appointments and caseload responsibilities effectively
Delivering services in line with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality supports and achieving positive outcomes for people with disability.
To be successful, you'll have:
Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (mandatory)
Strong assessment, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
