Tenterfield Shire Council is seeking a standalone land and property adviser reporting to the Director of Corporate Services.
The role covers leases and licences, land sales, plans of management, and Crown Land management, with scope to grow into Native Title.
You'll negotiate lease renewals, review titles and plans, coordinate valuers and surveyors, and keep land and GIS registers up to date, supporting a close-knit community and a broad property portfolio.
