Job Description
Work in alaboratory and office environment, performing essential environmental service tasks to ensure the facility is cleaned, sanitized, and in excellent condition for daily routine activities
Sanitize, polish, and maintainlaboratories, controlled areas, office spaces, and common areas of the building.
UseMicrosoft applications(charting, email, timecards) and other facility computer systems
Follow standard operating proceduresto support a regulated cleaning processes
Lead a team of 4to ensure daily, weekly, and periodic tasks are completed on time and to quality standards, providing training, management, and support as required.
Execute tasksindependently and collaborativelywithin a team




Maintain apositive, customer-focused attitudein a team-oriented setting
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
Experience working in environmental services, managing custodial tasks, and ensuring the facility is maintained to cleaning standards
Experience with medical sanitization in a regulated medical or sterile manufacturing environment
Strongwritten and verbal communicationskills
Ability to stand forup to 8 hours per dayin a physically active role
Minimum Qualifications
Reliable, hardworking, and committed to being a strongteam player
Comfortable usingMicrosoft applicationsfor communication, email, and training
Able to pass aphysical exam, including respiratory certification with annual monitoring, and adrug test
Authorized to work in the United Stateswithout restriction or sponsorship
Thrives in afast‐paced, team‐orientedenvironment
Proficient withMS Word and Excel
Exceptionalattention to detailand clear communication skills
Ability to follow procedures, trainings, and ensure quality deliverables in a regulated environment
Demonstratesleadership, initiative, and solid team‐building abilities
Capable of workingindependently or collaboratively, showing self‐motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

Full‐timeposition
Sunday–Thursday,5:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.
Occasional overtime may be required

Compensation
Annual Pay Range:$65,000–$72,000
