We are currently seeking an experiencedFemale Support Workerto provide in-home support to an18-year-old female participantwith complex support needs in theGrafton region, NSW.
This is an urgent opportunity, with the participant looking to commence support as soon as possible.
About the Role
Location:Grafton region, NSW
Female Support Worker required
46 hours per day, 5 days per week
In-home support
Ongoing opportunity
Participant has sufficientNDIS fundingavailable for the required supports
Immediate commencement preferred
About You




The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience supporting participants withcomplex support needs
Be compassionate, patient and reliable
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be confident working independently in a home-based environment
Be committed to providing person-centred and respectful support
Be available for regular weekday shifts
Requirements
Previous experience in disability/complex support
Relevant qualifications and NDIS-related clearances as required
CurrentNDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check, where applicable
First Aid & CPR
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
