THE ROLE
Located at Capri on Via Roma on the Isle of Capri, Edgewater Dining & Lounge pairs modern Australian cuisine with fresh, seasonal flavours, curated cocktails and a relaxed, social atmosphere.
We are looking for an experienced casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our energetic team and help create memorable experiences for every guest.

What You'll Do
Deliver warm, attentive service and create memorable dining experiences.
Take orders accurately and confidently explain menu items and specials.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely, seamless service.
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment.
Respond to guest enquiries with professionalism and care.




What You'll Bring
At least two years' restaurant experience.
Strong knowledge of quality dining service standards.
A genuine passion for food, wine and outstanding guest service.
Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
The ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
Please note:
This is a casual role requiring weekday and weekend availability.
