Sorelle Kitchen & Eatery is a busy, locally loved cafe in Blaxland in the lower Blue Mountains.
We also run Sorelle Boxed Catering, and we've just opened a new pop-up in Penrith.
We're looking for a chef who wants good food, a excellent team and a life outside the kitchen.

Variety across cafe service, catering orders and baking, so no two days are the same

What you'll be doing
Cooking breakfast and lunch service in a fast-paced cafe
Preparing catering orders for boxed catering and events
Baking cakes, slices and sweet and savoury items
Prep, stock rotation and ordering




Keeping the kitchen clean, safe and food-safety compliant
Working across our Blaxland cafe and Penrith pop-up
What we're looking for
Experience as a chef or cook in a cafe, restaurant, catering or similar kitchen
Ability to work calmly and quickly during busy service
Reliable, organized and a good team player
Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to get one)
Own transport, to travel between Blaxland and Penrith
Nice to have
Catering experience
Baking or pastry skills
Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
