We are seeking an experienced and strategic aviation engineering leader to join our team as Head of Fixed Wing Engineering.
This is a pivotal leadership role with ultimate accountability for fixed wing engineering operations, airworthiness, maintenance performance, compliance, safety and technical excellence across our fleet.
You'll work closely with executive leadership, operational teams and key stakeholders to ensure our engineering capability supports both business objectives and customer requirements while maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety and regulatory compliance.
About the RoleReporting to the Vice President of Fixed Wing, the Head of Fixed Wing Engineering will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all fixed wing engineering and fleet management activities.Key responsibilities include:Leading all fixed wing engineering, maintenance and fleet management activitiesEnsuring ongoing airworthiness, regulatory compliance and operational readiness across the fleetProviding strategic direction for engineering capability, systems and processesManaging engineering resources, facilities, tooling, equipment and maintenance infrastructureEnsuring appropriately trained, qualified and competent personnel are available across engineering functionsDriving continuous improvement in safety, quality, efficiency and operational performanceOverseeing engineering governance,
