Claims Consultant - Home Claims | North Lakes MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a leading Australian insurance organisation, seeking experienced Claims Consultants to join their busy Home Claims team based in North Lakes.

You'll play a key role supporting the home claims function, helping drive claims through to settlement, while working closely with internal teams, builders and suppliers to deliver positive customer outcomes.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Assisting with the management and progression of home insurance claimsDriving claims through to settlement in a timely and efficient mannerLiaising with internal stakeholders, builders, suppliers and service providers to achieve positive outcomesUpdating claim records,



review notes and additional information within internal systemsManaging multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentNavigating multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailSupporting the wider claims team with claim-related activities and administrationEnsuring all claim information is recorded accurately and in line with company standards Please note: This role is primarily focused on claims management and administration support and does not involve inbound customer call centre duties.
What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring strong property or home claims knowledge, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing workloads.
