Exciting State Government Depot Business Services Officer OpportunityYour new company Join a busy operational team in a diverse administration role supporting depot operations across both Jandakot and Welshpool.
This 6-month contract offers a mix of reception, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, asset administration and business support duties within a collaborative government environment.Your new role In this varied position, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to depot operations and be the key point of contact for a range of internal enquiries.
Front reception and general customer service dutiesCoordinating training bookings and maintaining training recordsProcessing monthly inspections, log sheets and defect checklistsManaging building fault reports and associated documentationConducting quarterly asset stock takesAssisting staff with time sheet, allowance and personal protective equipment (PPE)
