DescriptionThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their claims expertise, develop stakeholder management skills, and gain exposure to Commercial, Fleet and Leasing claims within a fast-paced and supportive environment.About the RoleYou will manage a portfolio of commercial motor claims while delivering exceptional service to customers, brokers, leasing partners and other key stakeholders.You'll take ownership of claims from lodgement through to settlement, ensuring customers are kept informed, costs are effectively managed, and claims outcomes align with client requirements and business objectives.Key responsibilities include:Managing Commercial, Fleet and Leasing motor claims end-to-endProviding proactive communication and support to customers, brokers and claim stakeholdersBuilding strong relationships with leasing clients and acting as a key liaison during the claims processMaking sound claims decisions based on gathered information and policy coverageNegotiating claim outcomes and settlements with brokers and stakeholdersManaging claim costs through accurate reserving and supplier managementIdentifying potential fraud,
