We are partnering with a well-established organisation in Sydney's Upper North Shore to recruit a HR Officer for an immediate start on a 12-month temporary assignment.Based in Gordon, this role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, in office parking, and the opportunity to support a busy People & Culture team across a broad range of HR administration, reporting, systems and employee support activities.The OpportunityReporting into the People & Culture team, you will provide end-to-end administrative and operational support across a wide range of HR functions.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across systems, data, reporting, coordination and stakeholder support.Key responsibilities include:Providing day-to-day HR administration and operational supportMaintaining accurate employee records and HR system dataPreparing workforce reports, metrics and HR-related reportingAssisting with HR projects, initiatives and organisational programsSupporting managers and employees with HR procedures and enquiriesEnsuring records,



documentation and processes meet compliance requirementsContributing to process improvements and continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouTo be successful, you will bring:Previous experience in a HR Coordinator, HR Officer or People & Culture support roleExperience working with HR information systems and employee databasesStrong attention to detail and data accuracyExperience preparing reports and working with workforce dataExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency across Microsoft Office applications including ExcelA collaborative and customer-focused approachWhat's on Offer?
