Experience in recruitment, sales, account management or business development

Solid communication, negotiation and organisational skills

Agency recruitment experience is highly regarded, but we're also open to high-performing professionals from sales or relationship-driven industries looking to transition into recruitment.What You'll Be DoingClient Management & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment processes across active vacancies
Conduct vacancy qualification and manage recruitment briefs with schools and education providers
Build trusted relationships with clients and understand their ongoing hiring needs
Deliver candidate shortlists and recruitment outcomes within agreed service levels
Candidate Management
Source, headhunt, interview and manage high-quality education professionals
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
Support candidates through interviews, offers, negotiations and placement
Deliver consistent communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process
Business Development
Identify and win new client opportunities across the education sector
Conduct outbound business development, prospecting and relationship-building activities
Attend client meetings and develop long-term recruitment partnerships
Re-engage inactive clients, prepare proposals and negotiate terms of business
Grow existing accounts and increase market share
